The two towers will consist of 92 units on the west side while the east will have 82 units. The two towers that will be constructed will be narrower than the originally proposed towers. This implies that it will cast smaller shadows meaning that it will be pedestrian friendly. The objective of the Mirvish +Gehry is to create an ideal neighborhood to King and John St.
The proposal consists of a total of 1,949 units out of which 215 will be for bachelors while 935 1 bedroom units, 233 bedroom units, and 566 will be 2 bedroom units. The project will have a total of 670 parking spaces in the 6 levels of the underground parking.
